It’s my little daily ritual, a moment of comfort before the day gets busy. There’s just nothing quite like the perfect balance of bold espresso and creamy milk! But as much as I love my daily latte, I also try to be mindful of my caffeine intake. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or need to limit it, consider a half-caf version or a decaf option so you can still enjoy the cozy ritual without the extra buzz!

Iced Espresso Latte
Ingredients
- 6 ounces water
- 3 tsp Espresso
- 1 tbsp sugar free french vanilla syrup
- 1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup
- 2 ounces 2% milk
- 2 ounces sugar free caramel latte creamer
Instructions
- Add 3 teaspoons espresso to 6 ounces of water
- Add sugar free french vanilla and sugar free caramel syrup
- Stir until combined
- Add ice to your glass
- Pour espresso mixture over ice
- Add milk and creamer and enjoy (add cold foam or whipped topping if you like)
